All of our artworks are delivered to your home or workplace with our 30-day money back guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, you may return it—IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE—within 30 days of your receipt of the artwork in order to receive a prompt and full refund. However, please contact us first either by phone (800-521-3573 and 413-262-3114) or by email (paulrogers@photosforgifts.com) to apprise us of your dissatisfaction with the artwork. If we are unable to address your concerns to your complete  satisfaction, you will then be authorized to return the artwork in the condition in which you received it—securely packed in the original packaging material and shipped via the original shipping method—and we will promptly refund your purchase price plus your verified return shipping charges.
